Minneapolis Police Who Murdered African American Man, George Floyd, Set to Be Released On Bail

Derek Chauvin, Minneapolis officer who placed his knee on George Floyd’s neck for more than nine minutes till he died. After which a huge protest and riot started seeking for justice on behalf of George Floyd that was killed, whose video showing his final moments left many in tears.

The officer was arrested as expected, but people were still seeking for a proper Justice for murdering Floyd.

Right now, officer Derek is set to be released on bail of $1.25 million. This decision was made in a Minneapolis court on Monday by Judge Jeannice Reding, who passed the final verdict.

According to reports, there were conditions for his bail which states; he must be law-abiding, never to work as a law enforcing personnel, ‘to’ give up every arm in his possession, Never reach out to George Floyd’s family, not ‘to’ leave the city for the main time and lots more.

Remember, the incident which led to the death of George Floyd happened after he was arrested on the 25th of May for allegedly purchasing something from a store with a fake $20. His died after pleading with officer Derek who knelt on his neck for almost 9 minutes to take off so he could breathe.
