Ten Secret Tips To Writing Your Best Content

Content writing isn't easy. Not every native English speaker can write captivating content that reaches the heart of readers and generates leads. That is why they seek out the help of a writing service when they need great content. However, if you've just started writing, you may have difficulty drafting captivating content. You need to make sure that your work looks professionally written if you want to get the best result and satisfy your clients. Even if you're writing for yourself, there are some guidelines that can help you create your best piece of work.

Write Your Best Content With These 10 Tips

1. Don't Underestimate The Power Of Research
Some writers don't know how to conduct research when it's time to write. Research requires more than typing keywords on Google and check the first few articles that pop up. You need to conduct an extensive analysis to get a clear picture of what you're expected to write. Read articles and studies about the topic as though you were preparing for an exam. Take notes and make sure that statistics and comparisons are backed with academic data. Thus, with proper research, you will avoid providing inaccurate information.

2. Use Captivating Titles

There is a mountain of information everywhere you look these days, but the most common source is the internet. Whatever it is you're about to write, there is a high chance that someone else has already done something similar. So, make sure that your title is captivating by using words that arise the interest of the prospective readers.

3. Stimulate Interest With Your Introductions

After you've successfully gotten the attention of the reader with a good title, the next step forward is to ensure that you write an effective introduction. People don't have time for history lessons or boring stories that aren't related to the topic. If you're writing an academic paper, your introduction will be useful if it contains facts, statistics, and rhetorical questions. For example, the first line can be, "did you know that freelancers contributed $136 billion to the United States economy last year?" That can be a good opening line for a paper that is about the benefits of freelancing.

4. Be Natural

That is one thing most new writers have difficulty doing. They try to write in someone else's voice rather than in theirs. If you're writing a college admission essay and you don't write in your voice, there is a high chance that the paper will be rejected. The officials can tell when a writer is trying too hard to write like another person. It makes the work tedious.

5. Stick to the Point

Readers get irritated when a writer keeps jumping from one point to another without vividly explaining the original point. You need to stick to the point. If the article you're writing is about the way to write effective conclusions, make sure you stick to the point. Everything you talk about from the beginning of the content to the end should be about how the reader can write effective introductions.

6. Try Not To Manipulate Your Readers

Readers feel that you think they are stupid when you use words and phrases that are aimed at manipulating them. Even if you're trying to advertise a business or service, make sure that the content is informative. Your goal shouldn't just be to pitch; it should be to inform. Say things the way they are, and avoid stretching the truth.

7. Make Your Content Easy To Read

Long sentences are difficult to read and understand. The standard number of words that should be contained in an English sentence is 20. If it's too long, it should not be more than 25. Don't make sentences with 40 to 50 words. Your paragraphs should also be short, containing 3 to 5 sentences – many online tools help you check if your content is readable. You can scan your piece of work on one of them to be sure that you're on the right track.

8. Watch Your Grammar

This point cannot be overemphasized. If your content isn't in excellent grammar, your reader will stop reading as soon as a mistake is spotted. Make sure that there are no typos or grammatical errors by proofreading with an online tool like Grammarly.

9. Keep Your Content Original

Plagiarism happens when you copy the idea or words of another writer. It may not necessarily be limited to copying and pasting directly from an online source. Make sure that the content is 100% original. There are online tools that can help you ensure that your content is original.

10. Take Language Lessons
You're never too old to learn. No matter how good you are, the search for knowledge is never-ending. If you don't stay on the loop, you'll be stuck using obsolete language while everyone else progresses. Take regular language lessons to improve your skills on a daily basis.

The key to being a great content writer is consistency. Whether you want to write your best content for an academic purpose or you just want to improve your skills as a writer, you need to be consistent.

When Google crawlers go around the web indexing new web pages in its database, new blogs are usually missed out as only a few or no sites are linking to them as well as they’re not aware of this sitemap of a thing.
A sitemap is either an XML or HTML file that contains all the URLs of the pages inside your blog.
While HTML sitemap helps your visitors to navigate through your blog, an XML sitemap helps the search engine crawlers the same way.
When you submit an XML sitemap to Google Console, it helps search engine crawlers to find all the URLs on your website and add it to their database.
There are various parts of a sitemap that affect the crawling rate of your blog, such as the size of your sitemap, the number of URLs in your sitemap, indexing priority of pages on your blog, updating frequency, etc.

How To Easily Add Website On Google Search Console And Verify It

The first thing you need to do after you login to Google Search Console (it’s free to sign up) is to add your website.
First of all, if you are not using blogger, kindly visit this page and input your website url in the box provided, prove that you are not a robot and submit. (If you are a blogger user you don't need this cause your blog would have been set to be visible on Google search engines automatically (you can see this when you login to your blogger Dashboard>>Settings>>Basic. Check if visibility to search engine is enabled).

After completing the above step kindly visit this page to add your website to Google search console.
Click on Add property.

It will bring out a popup page, input your site url in the box and click on Add when done.

After you might have added your website you’ll have to verify that you actually own the website. You can do this through four ways:

1. Add a DNS record to your domain’s configuration – You can use this option if you can sign in to your domain registrar or hosting provider and add a new DNS record.
2. Add a meta tag to your sites homepage – You can choose this option if you can edit your site’s HTML.
3. Upload an HTML file to your server – You can choose this option if you can upload new files to your site.
4. Link your Google Analytics account to Google Search Console – You can use this option if your site already has a Google Analytics tracking code that uses the asynchronous snippet. You must be an administrator on the analytics account for this to work.

Once your site is verified you’ll start seeing data on your website. Sometimes it can take a few hours before you see any data, but it’ll start rolling in.
The dashboard gives you a rough overview of everything from what keywords you are ranking for to how much traffic you are getting. In addition to that you’ll see if the Google bot is experiencing any crawl errors when going through your website, the number of sites linking to yours, and how many pages Google has indexed.

Best 5 Search Engine Optimization Tips(S.E.O Tips) For Your Blog Or Site.

Are you a blogger or webmaster? Here i am today with some SEO Tips that will really help your blog/site to rank well and this will surely provide you more visitors. Here are the things you should be sure of and put into practice.

1. On Page SEO Essentials
Optimizing your site structure, load speed and title tags are (and should always be) important. The site structure helps showcase your products or services and also helps to provide a seamless navigational framework for visitors.
The load speed is more important than ever as ‘on-the-go’ mobile browsing continues to gain momentum. Did you know that 40% of visitors will leave your site if it takes more than 3 seconds to load? As for title tags, they need to be relevant and optimized for your target keywords — this has been a mainstay ranking factor for well over a decade.
These factors will continue to be important throughout 2017 and the foreseeable future.

2. Quality Contents
Everyone has read or heard that “content is king” — but what exactly does this mean?
Your website needs to have quality, engaging content for your audience. The importance of this cannot be overstated. It will impact the time visitors spend on-site, conversions, and ultimately search rankings, as engaging content is also more likely to be shared and linked to.
Devise content which is centered on your keywords, based on keyword research, and be sure to add internal links within it, and pointing to it from other pages. This type of content will help your target customers with their problems and questions and will get them into your funnel.

3. Provide a Better User Experience
SEO combines with UX (user experience) in many ways. Site speed, site architecture, quality content, colors / fonts, user metrics and more all factor into the overall usability of your site.
Search engines can only assess certain aspects of user behavior – for now. On inspection of the user metrics, if they see high levels of visits bouncing back to the search results after hitting your site, they just know they bounced, they don’t exactly know why.
That bounce could be the result of one or five things wrong with your site. It doesn’t matter to the search engine; they just see the bounce and will likely factor that into how well you should rank. The key, then, is to determine what’s causing this behavior and then figure out ways to provide a better result for the visitor overall.

4. Get Mobile Optimized
2016 was the year Google decided to remove the label “mobile friendly” from its search results. This was because,
according to Google’s search team, “85% of all pages in the mobile search results now meet the appropriate criteria and show the mobile-friendly label.”
Since the vast majority of mobile results are mobile friendly, there is no need to label them as such. All websites are now (or should be) “mobile-friendly.”
Google’s desktop searches now showcase the same results that you would see on your mobile device (which prioritize mobile results). So if you haven’t made the change to have a mobile-optimized website yet, don’t be surprised if you see that your organic traffic decreases.

5. Google’s Rich Answers
SEO isn’t just about getting into the top position anymore. Google has a special place on top of SERPs for local results, as well as content that’s optimized for rich answers.
Rich answers work by extracting metadata from your content and using the information in a visual “Answer Box.” This can be used in many forms such as event schedules, maps, charts, and recipes.
The concept behind rich answers is to provide users with quick, definitive answers within the search results. Target queries that begin with ‘when’ ‘how’ ‘what’ ‘where’ and ‘who’ when doing keyword research to boost your content’s relevance. Also, pay attention to Google search recommendations and Google Search Trends to know what users are asking.

How To Block Unwanted Calls From Landing Into Your Phone

Sometimes it may be annoying when you switched on your phone and you notice a particular number disturbing you by calling your number several times while you are busy or need some privacy, what will always come to your mind is how you can get ride of the number. But can you do this successfully without him even notice that you have blocked his/her number. All you have to do is read this tutorial carefully and you will get it done easily.
You can successfully block an unwanted call from landing into your phone by using several methods, but the method we are going to be talking about in this tutorial is
1) Using Blocking Apps - Download a number-blocking app from the Google Play store. Options include Mr Number or Truecaller. Mr. Number, for instance, allows you to either forward blocked numbers to voicemail, or pick up and hang up immediately. Truecaller either gives a blocked caller a busy signal or directs them to voicemail, although this is based on your provider, not which options you select.
Note: In Android 4.4 and later versions, applications are unable to block SMS text messages.
2) Select the Block option from Mr Number - This should be available on a Home screen and should block a number. Select either “HANG UP ON SOMEONE” or “SEND SOMEONE TO VOICEMAIL”, then select the blocking option. You can select from suspected spam, all private/unknown numbers, recent calls, contacts, and other options.
3) Enter your block list on Truecaller - Go to the “Block” section of the Truecaller app, tap “My Block List”, then tap the add button to add a number.
Alternatively, many antivirus applications that you may already have on your mobile device, such as Avast,360 security, offer call blocking functions.
